Hey guys,

This week I wanted to give you a rundown of some of the mistakes people make when trying to buy WoW gold… and hopefully help you avoid some of those pitfalls that can occur. Some of this may seem obvious to you if you’re a veteran gold buyer, but much of it bears repeating anyway. And for those of you looking to buy WoW gold for the first time, it’s definitely worth a quick read. So, without further ado, the DO’s and DON’TS of gold buying:

DON’T  be fooled by outrageous claims. If it looks way too good to be true….well, you know the rest. Sites offering 1000 gold for $5 are probably out to scam you and take your money. Sad but true. Also look at their delivery time claims…..think about what is humanly possible, and then factor in server lag and make sure what they’re promising is halfway feasible.

DO run any sites you’re interested in through a google search. Often the worst scammers will have been labeled by now and discussions and warnings will pop up in a search. There are also sites dedicated to exposing scams, try those out as well. It’s worth the extra few minutes of your time to be sure.

DON’T send any money unless you know it’s being sent over a secure connection. I won’t go into details here, but if you’re not sure how to tell if your transaction is secure, there is plenty of information out there, just Google “how do I know my transaction is secure” or something similar. This is so important when you’re giving out your credit card number.

DO look for a money-back guarantee (such as the one offered by toonstorm.com.) Any site worth its salt will offer you a full refund or equal credit if anything goes wrong. If they can’t promise you that, don’t waste your time or risk your money.

So that’s just a few quick things to keep in mind next time you go to buy WoW gold. Wishing you best of luck and happy gaming!

‘Tis the season to be shopping, fa la la la la….Hey guys, it’s getting close to Christmas and you know what that means—time to treat yourself to a new pair of boots and that epic sword you’ve been drooling over at the AH! (Hey, you deserve it!) But the question is….where to buy WoW gold safely, and for a good price? There are a lot of scammers out there to be sure, promising speedy delivery and secure money handling, but who can you trust? We wouldn’t want any of you to get left out in the cold when you purchase your WoW gold this Christmas, so here’s some advice: we are always testing new services, but one that has come through consistently for us in the past is Toonstorm.com. Give them a try if you’re looking to buy WoW gold. And with their prices, you might even be able to get your friends something nice too. Maybe.

Hello again friends and avid readers!

I’ve got a real treat for you this week! A friend of mine that I was telling about this proejct actually was able to get me a DISCOUNT code. He purchases quite a bit of wow gold from the website we’re going to review this week and was glad to let us use his VIP code. I’ll be posting the code along with the review here when the time comes!

.. Ok the time has come!
The code is: VIPONLY

This code will give us 5% off of our test purchase, good for me because I’m still funding this little adventure out of pocket, and will allow us to test a website with a pretty good name in the industry.
The website in question this week is Toonstorm.com. From clicking around on their about us page and reading some of the reviews it appears that they are a U.S. based company and promise customer satisfaction and good delivery of the wow gold.

Before we get deep into the purchase itself I wrote up a few notes about online wow gold buying and some safety tips; here are a few good things to know when you buy wow gold.

1. Most online gold selling sites paypal or credit card.
         -  These are generally accepted payment methods that most gold
sites use - They are safe and allow instant transfer of funds.
         - When you’re making your purchase; about halfway through the
paypal option there is a  number next to the sellers name; this is
their feedback rating, a total of how many successful sales they
have had. Use it as a loose measure as to their legitimacy.

2. Visit the live help of the website in question. Most places that are professional and want to earn your business will not mind if you come kick a few tires.

3. ALWAYS Google the name of the company you are dealing with - look for bad reviews and scam reports.

Ok with those out of the way lets get down to talking about the website we’re going to check this week. Toonstorm.com - 100% U.S. Based etc But can they deliver my gold safely and quickly? Lets find out
I’m loading up their website now on their wow gold page and going to do a test run of 5000 wow gold - big spender I know right? Had a birthday this week and got some extra $ so I’m spending it the only way I know how! :D

Ok the payment has been sent; Toonstorm takes paypal and I googled them - all good on that front. I’ll detail the process as it happens.

1. Logging into game to await my delivery.
2. Ok I just got a phone call from one of the customer service guys at toonstorm; they had to verify some info real quick on the phone and told me to log in game (I’m already in though HA!)
3. About 10 minutes later I’m meeting a character and getting my 5000 gold!

Very cool.

This website appears to deliver on its promises to deliver wow gold quickly and safely. I almost immediately have lost interest in typing on here now - I want to go shopping for some new gear and maybe a mount!

Thanks for reading and I’ll get more posted in about a week or so!

Thanks to the people at toonstorm - Toonstorm is a great place to buy wow gold.
